A commercial social hub delivered to the client’s specification in North Sydney, transforming the tenancy into a bookable shared amenity where building occupants can connect, collaborate and recharge away from their day-to-day workspaces.

MKIN coordinated the fitout delivery across the open recreation, lounge and communal dining zones, together with integrated kitchenette joinery and quieter breakout spaces. The completed hub gives tenants a flexible setting for informal meetings, team-building activities, hosted events and social use while maintaining a polished commercial standard.
